The Relational Wellness Society encourages members to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants.

Members agree not to:

• Share screenshots
• Distribute member discussions
• Repost private conversations
• Publicly disclose personal information shared within the community

While privacy is encouraged, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in an online community environment.

Members participate voluntarily and acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in online discussions.

Certain live sessions, trainings, workshops, or educational discussions may be recorded for replay access by current members.

By participating in live sessions, members acknowledge and consent to the possibility of recordings being made available within the membership platform.

Members may not:

• Record live sessions
• Download or redistribute recordings
• Share replay links
• Reproduce community materials without written permission

Basic member information may be collected for operational purposes, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Payment information
• Attendance information
• Community participation data

Payment information is processed through third-party payment processors.

By joining the Community, members consent to receiving:

• Onboarding emails
• Membership updates
• Scheduling notifications
• Educational materials
• Community announcements

Members may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the security of the membership platform; however, no online platform can guarantee complete security.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own login credentials.
