A Symmetricly Community
The
Relational
Wellness
Society.
For Women
A therapist-led relational wellness community for women focused on emotional intelligence, healthier relationships, and intentional personal growth.
A real space for real growth.
There are countless conversations online about relationships. Very few spaces are actually teaching women how to navigate them in healthier ways.
The Relational Wellness Society was created for women who are tired of surface-level advice, toxic relationship discourse, and emotionally reactive conversations disguised as growth.
This is a guided community for women who want to better understand themselves, relationships, emotional wellness, communication, boundaries, healing, and personal development — in a thoughtful and intentional way.
Thoughtful. Intentional. Yours.

About the Founder
A note from Janelle.
Janelle Dawsey is a licensed marriage and family therapist and the founder of Symmetricly, a relationship-focused group practice based in Atlanta.
She built The Relational Wellness Society for the women she has been in conversation with for years — in her practice, in her DMs, and across her work. The ones doing the work quietly, building lives that are unmistakably their own, and looking for a community committed to the same.
A few things worth knowing.
The questions women have asked before joining — answered the way I would answer them in conversation.
What if I can't make the live Tuesday sessions?
Every Tuesday session is recorded and posted in the community within 24 hours. You can watch on your own time and bring your thoughts to the feed. The rhythm is real, but the pace is yours.
Is this a substitute for therapy?
No, and it isn't intended to be. The Relational Wellness Society is a psychoeducational and wellness-based community. The work we do is educational, reflective, and growth-focused — not clinical care for any individual situation. If you're working with a therapist, this complements that work. If you're not, this is not a replacement.
Do I need to be single to join?
The Society was built with women navigating dating, healing after divorce, rebuilding, and learning healthier patterns in mind. The weekly work applies wherever you are in your relationship life. The two monthly specialty sessions are tailored — one for women dating intentionally, one for women rebuilding after a marriage — so depending on where you are, one may speak to you more than the other.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Membership is month-to-month for monthly members and year-to-year for annual. If you cancel as a founding member, your founding price does not transfer to a future re-enrollment — coming back later means coming back at the current standard rate.
How do I access the community after I join?
The Society lives on Skool. The moment you enroll, you'll receive an email with your login link, your DecodeHer workbook, and what to expect in your first week. Sessions, conversations, and resources all happen there.
Why is membership limited to 100 founding members?
The founding cohort sets the culture. The first 100 women who join will help shape what this space becomes — the conversations, the rhythm, the questions we work through. After the founding hundred, the community remains open, but founding pricing closes and the rate moves to $147/month. Founding members keep their original rate for as long as they remain members.
